Sorry this “thank you” card is late, but tried to find a card which was appropriate, so I made one!
I have received the best attention that anyone would only dream of, it has been over 2 years since my first consultation and now it is all over, I can only say I will miss you all, not having to come into the surgery quite as often, hopefully!!!
Thank you for all your care and attention and consideration you have given me and hope all your efforts and future plans will be successful – you deserve it.
